The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Inc. ("LLS") was created to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. In addition, residents of the following states may obtain financial and/or licensing information from their states, as indicated.

Florida: Registration# CH672. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR LLS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE.

Kansas: The official registration and annual financial report of LLS is filed with the Kansas Secretary of State. Kansas Registration # 708-364-5.

Maryland: A copy of the current financial statement of LLS is available by writing to 3 International Drive, Suite 200, Rye Brook, NY 10573 or by calling 914-949-5213. Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are also available for the cost of postage and copies from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401.
